1. Bookings
All appointments at Beauty Inc. are subject to availability. By confirming a booking you agree to provide accurate contact details and to attend at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect subsequent guests.
2. Deposits & Payments
Selected services require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment. We accept all major cards and contactless payment.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or amendments. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may forfeit any deposit and incur a 50% service fee.
4. Treatments & Suitability
Our specialists may decline or modify a treatment when it is not suitable for your skin, hair or health condition. You agree to disclose relevant medical history, allergies and prior treatments prior to service.
5. Results & Aftercare
Beauty Inc. takes care to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. Results vary between individuals. Following the aftercare guidance provided by your specialist is essential to longevity of your treatment.
6. Conduct
We maintain a calm, respectful environment for guests and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person behaving in a manner inconsistent with these standards.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Beauty Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
